      SriovFecNodeConfig resource from seed cluster is present after upgrade

      lifecycle-agent.v4.15.0

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install seed SNO with sriov-fec operator installed(sriovfecclusterconfig not configured)
    2. Upgrade target SNO using IBU procedure
    3. oc get sriovfecnodeconfig -A    

      Actual results:

      sriovfecnodeconfig resources shows for seed cluster with NotRequested status
