Release Note Not Required

Description of problem:
While schedulable control plane nodes are allowed in some cases like SNO and three-node clusters, a note should be added about the no recommendation (maybe unsupportability) of having control plane nodes schedulable in clusters with compute nodes. The note could be added in [1] and [2].
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.15, 4.14, 4.13, 4.12
Actual results:
No info regarding the supportability/recommendation of control plane nodes to **not being schedulable** in regular (non-SNO/non-three-node) clusters.
Expected results:
Note about supportability/recommendation of control plane nodes to **not being schedulable** in regular (non-SNO/non-three-node) clusters.
Additional info:
There is already an internal insights rule about that [3], but not supported by any public document.
