Description of problem:

Metric cco_credentials_mode reported with manual wrongly on AWS STS and GCP WIF clusters, the correct value is manualpodidentity.
The issue was detected by auto case OCP-31768 in CIs.
In CIs for AWS STS, the following log printed in OCP-31768:
Feb 23 18:17:23.262: INFO: cco mode should be manualpodidentity, but is manual in metric
