      Description of problem:

          Migration Docs for OpenShift SDN should be removed from the docs

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.15.z

      Additional info:

      OpenShift SDN cannot be a install option for the customers those who install cluster on OpenShift 4.15. Therefore it doesn't make sense to keep the migration docs still available. Hence it will create a loophole.
