      Description of problem:

In doc [1] the line, "You can only reference a user by the ACCOUNT_ID in an owner file." when configuring the Repository CR need a modification. The same sentence is listed in the upstream docs [2] - see the notes section at the very end. But little information is given on how to get these details.

      [1]https://docs.openshift.com/pipelines/1.11/pac/using-pipelines-as-code-repos.html#using-pipelines-as-code-with-bitbucket-server_using-pipelines-as-code-repos

      [2]https://pipelinesascode.com/docs/install/bitbucket_server/

It looks like only BitBucket Cloud has the account_id[1]. We  can use username with BitBucket server it seems, no account_id is present in BitBucket server, hence modification is needed.

Recommendation is  change the line as below:

      • Specify the BitBucket Server username.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.13

      How reproducible:

          Everytime
