      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-24657. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem:

          Moving from fluentd to vector in ClusterLogging, the manifest in master and 4.14 (https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/blob/release-4.14/ztp/source-crs/ClusterLogging.yaml#L11) should omit the "logs" level. This is also mentioned in the corresponding article for the migration: https://access.redhat.com/articles/6999658

          4.14+

      How reproducible:

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install logging (vector) with the default source-crs for 4.14.
    2. The following deprecation message will appear:

    - lastTransitionTime: "2023-11-27T11:54:17Z"
      message: spec.collection.logs.* is deprecated in favor of spec.collection.*
      reason: DeprecatedCollectionLogsSpec
      status: "True"
      type: Deprecated
    logStore: {}

      Actual results:

          Getting deprecation messages

      Expected results:

          No deprecation messages should appear
