    Description

      With the OCP 4.14.12 release, the DPLL offset field is now populated and returned via the netlink lib. However, the current release of the PTP operator is not updated to read the new DPLL offsets directly from netlink. Instead, the PTP operator returns the default DPLL offsets value of 5ns.
