      Description of problem:

          When deploying to a Power VS workspace created after February 14th 2024, it will not be found by the installer.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      How reproducible:

          Easily.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Create a Power VS Workspace
    2. Specify it in the install config
    3. Attempt to deploy
    4. Fail with "...is not a valid guid" error.

      Actual results:

          Failure to deploy to service instance

      Expected results:

          Should deploy to service instance
