Description of problem:

For some reason, there is a delay of several seconds (few minutes) between the crio issues the CNI request to multus and ovn-kubernetes receives the CNI request from multus. We tried to debug the issues, but we found almost no relevant log.

How reproducible:

Sometimes, specially if many pods are started at one shot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy a new pod

Actual results:

Delay between crio sends the CRI request to multus and multus forwards it to OVN-K

Expected results:

No delay
