Release Note Not Required

In Progress
Description of problem:
The release notes for 4.14 mention future deprecation of OpenShift SDN. However this is not a future deprecation, OpenShift SDN is actually deprecated in 4.14 and will be removed in a future release.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.14
Actual results:
Notice of future deprecation Future deprecation of the OpenShift SDN network pluginIt is currently planned that the OpenShift SDN CNI network plugin will not be an option for new installations in the next minor release of OpenShift Container Platform. However, at that time, it is planned to be supported in clusters that were previously installed with the OpenShift SDN network plugin. In a subsequent future release, the OpenShift SDN network plugin will be removed and no longer supported.
Expected results:
OpenShift SDN CNI is deprecated beginning with OpenShift Container Platform 4.14. The network plugin will not be an option for new installations in the next minor release of OpenShift Container Platform. In a subsequent future release, the OpenShift SDN network plugin will be removed and no longer supported. Red Hat will provide bug fixes and support for this feature until removed, but this feature will no longer receive enhancements. As an alternative to OpenShift SDN CNI, you can use OVN Kubernetes CNI instead.
I think maybe this was written in this way to avoid making future statements, however the fact that it's deprecated in 4.14 is not a future statement. The only part that's a future statement is that it will be removed in a future release. My suggested text conforms to the documentation standards for announcing a deprecation outlined in https://redhat-documentation.github.io/supplementary-style-guide/#_deprecation_notice
Additionally, since this was incorrect in 4.14 I believe that this release note should carry forward into at least 4.15. I would suggest confirming the exact text with mcurry@redhat.com
