Description of problem:
Cannot edit HPA via cluster dashboard, getting below error:
"HorizontalPodAutoscaler in version "v2beta2" cannot be handled as HorizontalPodAutoscaler: json: cannot delete string into struct field Go HorizontalPodAutoscalerSpec.spec.maxReplica is of type int32"

at CU's end
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a project
2.Create application DC with adding request CPU and limit CPU
3.Add HPA using [A]
3.Error is observed wile editing the added HPA vis openshift webconsole

Actual results:

Expected results:
Configutaion should get added without any issue as request anf limit CPU both are added
