3 node cluster via assisted installer failing

      Description of problem:

          3-node AI cluster isntallation doesn't complete. 2 nodes were able to join and register the cluster, but the last node is unable to complete(bootstrap -> master). The customer is using Cilum network configuration, the recipe was provided by Red Hat Consultant.

          1. Install a 3-node clsuter via AI

      Actual results:

          The last node is not transitioning from bootstrap to master

          A full cluster installation
