Description of problem:
It was noticed that the documentation for validations in 4.14 indicates that "none" platform must only have only have one controlplane host and 0 workers.

As described in this KCS article - https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7008469, a change was mde in 4.14 so that platform none can have 3 control planes and multiple workers, the same as the baremetal platform.

Please update the 4.14 documentation to reflect this.
