RHEL 8 for ARM was shipped with 64k pages kernel. RHEL 9 moved to a 4k pages in the kernel in order to allow finer grain of pulling physical memory and reduce cost for smaller devices such as edge device.

NVIDIA has shown that performance has been degraded for their device that have the capability of working with big workflow, therefore, were hurt by reducing the page sizes in RHEL 9.

RHEL 9 and RHCOS for 4.15 are adding support for installing a 64k pages size ARM kernel at installation time only (modifying a running machine is out of scope for now).

We should make sure we are shipping all the required packages in DTK in order to compile kernel modules for a 64k pages size ARM kernel.
