The 4.14 and 4.15 CLI doc generation shows new commands and updates to CLI commands. This brought in some text that could be improved.

It's too late to fix these for 4.15 (and maybe even 4.16 if it's upstream text that needs to be fixed), but still make the fixes so that they are captured in future updates.
