Description of problem:
The api_server_api_priority_flowschema_catch_all rule fails on OpenShift 4.16 clusters.

You can verify this using the ocp4-high profile with Compliance Operator 1.4.0 on OpenShift 4.16.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the compliance operator 1.4.0 2.Run the ocp4-high profile 3.Observe api_server_api_priority_flowschema_catch_all failed when it is expected to pass

Rule status is FAIL

Rule status should PASS
