      Description of problem:

          Downloading/unpacking https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/arm64/clients/ocp/4.14.8/openshift-client-mac-4.14.8.tar.gz will give you a x86_64 binary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Happens with all OpenShift versions since the introduction of mac-arm64

      How reproducible:

          Always

      Actual results:

      https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/arm64/clients/ocp/4.14.8/openshift-client-mac-4.14.8.tar.gz contains an x86_64 binary

      Expected results:

Given the URL (.../arm64/..) and the lack of arch name in the tarball name (openshift-client-mac-4.14.8.tar.gz) I'd expect to get a native arm64 binary, or a universal one.
I get a x86_64 binary instead, and have to know I'm supposed to use openshift-client-mac-4.14.8-arm64.tar.gz instead.
