Description of problem:

   On a vSphere cluster with Windows nodes and rhcos nodes mixed, egressIP cannot be applied to egressNode that is labelled egress-assignable=true.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

    1.  use /ipi-on-vsphere/versioned-installer-ovn-winc-thin_pvc-ci profile to install an IPI vSphere with winc cluster      
    2. label one node to be egress-assignable
    3. Create an egressip object

Actual results:

    egressIP is not  to the egress node

Expected results:

    egressIP should be applied to the egress node
