      Description of problem:

         The host shutdown command in step 4 of this procedure will not complete for all nodes if the control plane node with the API VIP assigned is NOT the last node processed in the bash for loop

      Run the shutdown command. 

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Failure will occur if the for loop shuts that down the control plane nodes has the node with the API VIP assigned as second in the sequence.
