      Description of problem:

      periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.14-install-analysis-all is failing to find any SNO job with a successful cluster installation

It examines results from both periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.14-e2e-aws-ovn-single-node-serial and periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.14-e2e-aws-ovn-single-node and looks for at least one to have the cluster installation test in the job report as passing.
