Test workload app pods running on SNO with Telco DU profile are stuck in ContainerCreating and PodInitializing state following reboot tests

4.12.0-0.ci.test-2022-10-19-103705-ci-ln-b4wpri2-latest including the fix for OCPBUGS-2512

Not always, this is the first occurrence 

1. Deploy SNO with DU profile
2. Create test app
3. Hard reboot the node multiple times and wait for the application pods to recover

After the 3rd reboot iteration pods are stuck.

The pods always recover.

Attaching must-gather and sosreport.
