      Should not collect the previous.log which not corresponding with the --since/--since-time for `oc adm must-gather` command

          always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.  `oc adm must-gather --since-time="2024-01-25T01:35:27Z"  `    

      Actual results:

          also collect the previous.log which not corresponding with the specified time.

      Expected results:

          Only collect the logs after the --since/--since-time.
