Description of problem:

Section "Requirements" last bullet states `dedicated disks`. While this is true, it does not mention that disks need to be totally empty. Suggest to add:

"Disks need to be completely empty, free of any file system signatures. Otherwise, LVMS will not touch them, to avoid accidental loss of data".
