      Description of problem:

      CVP tests are failing for the kube-descheduler operator in the 4.11.57 release.  

    [INVALID] 'kube-descheduler-operator/kube-descheduler-operator-bundle' subscription type: OCP and up
 -> The annotation must contain: 'OpenShift Container Platform', 'OpenShift Platform Plus', but not contain: 'OpenShift Kubernetes Engine'
