Description of problem:
Performance-addon-operator during must-gather process produces empty file pods_info.json, which is important for troubleshooting.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to single node cluster 2. Run oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/openshift4/performance-addon-operator-must-gather-rhel8:v4.12 3. Check length of the file ls -s */*/*/*/pods_info.json
Actual results:
empty file: 0 must-gather.local.8862971656773839120/registry-redhat-io-openshift4-performance-addon-operator-must-gather-rhel8-sha256-1b8318d4406b103fb545522faa82209514cef7f41ca1d43f9 d4342ee57bd8c5d/nodes/bos2kyoung02.dev.vz.bos2.lab/pods_info.json
