There are two procedures related to uninstalling LVM Storage:

• Uninstalling LVM Storage installed using the OpenShift Web Console
• Uninstalling LVM Storage installed using RHACM

Both the procs have the same pre-reqs.

The purpose of this bug is as follows:

• Move the uninstalling procedures out of the "Deploying LVMS" proc, and add them under "Uninstalling LVMS" proc.
• Update the reqs to uninstall LVMS.
