Customer has intermittent issues with the DNS lookup. We have tried to curl to the dns-default pod and some of the pods was successful and some got failed.

How reproducible:
This occurs on its own every few minutes with Windows pods on a cluster
Actual results:
Pods lose network connectivity around every two minutes for a very short period of time
Expected results:
Pods do not lose network connectivity
QE Testing:
Regression testing only. Reproducible only on customer setup. Solved via OCPBUGS-2887
