Beginning with 4.16.0-0.ci-2024-01-19-141257 we are seeing failures for `core files found`.

Sippy shows the pass rate dropping to 0%.

It looks like that payload contains https://github.com/openshift/oc/pull/1641/files and the ouput contains a prefix introduced in that change
