      Description of problem:

coreos-installer example in step #7 points to bootstrap.ign instead of worker.ign

This section of our documentation is telling our customers how to add more worker nodes "more compute machines" to an existing cluster. Trying to add a bootstrap node would not be helpful. Similarly, trying to add another master/controlplane is not helpful (other documentation talks about replacing control plane nodes.) The provided example should use worker.ign instead of bootstrap.ign
