      Duplicate opertor infomation would list on Installed Operator page after copiedCSVsDisabled set to true

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set flag copiedCSVsDisabled to true 
2. Check the operator on Installed operators page, make sure the operator is installed in "openshift" namespace
3.

      Actual results:

      The operator that installed in "openshift" namespace would be shown with duplicate infomation on the list of Installed Operators page

      Expected results:

      Only shown one line for the operator
