    Description

      We are seeing a regression in periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.15-e2e-metal-ipi-sdn-bm-upgrade in Component Readiness

      install should succeed: overall

      Has shown failures with ironic timeouts as well as operators not available

      metal-ipi currently shows a drop  to 53% for sdn micro upgrades
