      * Previously, if you configured a deployment with the `routingViaHost` parameter set to `true`, traffic failed to reach the IPv6 `ExternalTrafficPolicy=Local` load balancer service.           1. Create an ETP=Local LB Service on LGW for some v6 workload (assign IP to lb with MetalLB or manually)
    2. Set static routes to a node hosting a pod on the client
    3. Attempt reaching the IPv6 Service fails
