Description of problem:

    Related to : https://issues.redhat.com/projects/RHIBMCS/issues/RHIBMCS-184

When the operator is marked as 'hidden' via annotation in CSV , when the operator deployment fails (like failed Subscription / CSV binding, or any other type of failures), then OperatorHub is not showing any information about such failure.
