* Previously, the UI waited for all service/network calls to complete to show up the items in the Developer catalog. As a result, the user had to wait for 30 seconds or longer to view the items in the catalog. With this fix, the UI no longer waits for all service/network calls to complete, but loads the item after 3 seconds and incrementally adds any items coming from services that take longer.
