Document restricting OLM after setting up air-gapped cluster

      Description of problem:

      After installation of air-gapped cluster. Customers are not restricting the OLM. Which later on affecting the operator installation as well as crashloopbackoff of pods in openshift-marketplace. And Customer are opening cases on how to resolve the crashloopbackoff of these pods.

Suggestions: In the mirroring documentation we should place a hint that after cluster installation they need to restrict the OLM as well.
