Cluster installation fails for external OCI platform with cloudControllerManager set

      Description of problem:

      IHAC doing ABI on Oracle cloud.
      They followed below doc for provisioning an OCP cluster in OCI
      https://access.redhat.com/articles/7038262
      But, provisioning first master node which will have rendezvousIP itself is giving error.

      How reproducible:

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Prepare install-config and agent-config for external OCI platform.
            example of install-config configuration
      .......
      .......
      platform: external
        platformName: oci
        cloudControllerManager: External
      .......
      .......
          2. Create agent ISO for external OCI platform     
          3. Boot up nodes using agent ISO
          

      Actual results:

          [root@instance-master0 ~]# journalctl -u create-cluster-and-infraenv.service
      level=fatal msg="Failed to register cluster with assisted-service: AssistedServiceError Code: 400 Href: ID: 400 Kind: Error Reason: json: unknown field \"cloudControllerManager\""

      Expected results:

          Cluster installation should succeed without any errors
