1. On an OCP 4.13 IPI installed cluster, we want to change  prism central credentials and prism element credentials in OpenShift without impacting the cluster.
2. The credentials need to be changed on Nutanix and then update the same credentials on OpenShift cluster.
3. We need a document or a KCS created with the right steps so that it does not affect existing clusters.

There should be document or KCS for changing Prism central and Prism Elements credentials.
