Ensure Passwords are Redacted in Agent Gather manifest Files

      * Previously, platform specific passwords that were configured in the installation configuration file of an Agent-based installation could be present in the output of the `agent-gather` command.       When platform specific passwords are included in the install-config.yaml they are stored in the generated agent-cluster-install.yaml, which is included in the output of the agent-gather command. These passwords should be redacted.

            The bug has been verified with 4.16.0-0.ci-2024-01-18-060614 release, its working fine.

            Bugs should not be moved to Verified without first providing a Release Note Type("Bug Fix" or "No Doc Update") and for type "Bug Fix" the Release Note Text must also be provided. Please populate the necessary fields before moving the Bug to Verified.
