      Description of problem: Terraform-provider-libvirt uses SPICE by default for its libvirtxml.DomainGraphic, but this has been deprecated/removed in RHEL9/CentOS9 Stream. Check https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/6062 This is created as per suggestion https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/6252#issuecomment-1283948787
