Description of problem:
We are seeing the two nncp policys on one of our soon to be app testing clusters is stuck in a "Configuration Progessing" state. These are usually applied via our install pipeline: [corona@bastion.kub11.rchltxek.vzwops.com ~]# oc get nncp NAME STATUS REASON wsnmacvlanpolicy-bond1 Progressing ConfigurationProgressing wsnmacvlanpolicy-bond2 Progressing ConfigurationProgressing We see that the policys for each bond on each worker node are flipping between "Progressing" and "Available" Ex: oc get nnce worker-64.kub11.rchltxek.vzwops.com.wsnmacvlanpolicy-bond1 Available SuccessfullyConfigured worker-64.kub11.rchltxek.vzwops.com.wsnmacvlanpolicy-bond2 Progressing ConfigurationProgressing Only error we've found in nmstate-handler pods is: "error":"Operation cannot be fulfilled on nodenetworkconfigurationpolicies.nmstate.io the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again" After seeing that error, we thought recreating the object would clear it but no luck. We have tried to recreate the nncp as well as to delete / recreate the nmstate handler pods and goes back to same state.
