Description of problem:
Routes created through the ingress object show the expired certificate even after the corresponding secret is updated with a new certificate.

Actual results:
Curling to the routes shows the expired old certificate.
Expected results:
The routes should be served with the upadted certificates inside the secret for the ingress resource
Additional info:
The issue is resolved by rebooting the infra nodes and customer need a RCA as it apears on other clusters too.
