Description of problem:
"Installing LVM Storage with the CLI" procedure includes info on creating the LVMCluster resource.
LVMCluster resource is created after installing the LVM Storage. Info on creating LVMCluster is available in a separate section "Creating a Logical Volume Manager cluster on a single-node OpenShift worker node". Hence, Step 4 (Create the LVMCluster resource) in "Installing LVM Storage with the CLI" procedure must be removed.
