Based on the below test results of Metrics for CCO,the metric is not enabled for CCO, or do we plan to enable metric for CCO in this feature?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.An OCP cluster.
2.Install HyperShift Operator.
3.Create a HyperShift management cluster.
Actual results:
1. CCO metric not found in HyperShift Control Plane.
2. ServiceMonitor resource created on HyperShift Hosted Cluster, but cannot see any corresponding metrics in the Metrics.
