Issue:

• Unable to access the service exposed with L2 metallb where the node has configured the interface with the different segment.
  Eg:
  Node Network segment is : 192.168.10.x
  Seconday network segement is: 192.168.20.x(metallb)

Observation:

• L2 Metallb is using the node network segment means there is no issue
• L2 Metallb is using the secondary network means it's not working.
• arping not working when using the L2 metallb with different network
