      Description of problem:

      I have followed this document on two different clusters and couldn't enable Hugepages

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.13.17

      How reproducible:

          Easily

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install an openshift cluster in 4.13 
    2. Follow this procedure exactly to provision hugepages
    3. Observe that hugepages are not provisioned

      Actual results:

          hugepages-1Gi:      0,

      hugepages-2Mi:      0

      Expected results:

          hugepages-1Gi:      0, hugepages-2Mi:      50
