Description of problem:
We need to inform customers how to collect data for a support case in the troubleshooting OVN-K section of the Networking guide. We give really nice examples of what to look at, but readers should not be forced to figure out for themselves how to run a must-gather for network issues if they end up needing a support case, we should link it. What I suggest: In section '26.3 Troubleshooting OVN-Kubernetes' where it says: "OVN-Kubernetes has many sources of built-in health checks and logs" Make it say: "OVN-Kubernetes has many sources of built-in health checks and logs. Follow the instructions in these sections to examine your cluster. If a support case is necessary, follow the [Support guide] to collect additional information through a must-gather." Only use the '-- gather_network_logs' when instructed by support.
