          N/A, docs.openshift.com/rosa is unversioned
(ignore the "4.13"—Jira forced me to pick something :D)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open "Deploying ROSA without AWS STS > Deleting a ROSA cluster" https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/rosa_install_access_delete_clusters/rosa_getting_started_iam/rosa-deleting-cluster.html
      2. scroll to bottom "Troubleshooting" section
      3. click "Repairing a cluster that cannot be deleted" link

      Actual results:

      404 Not found
      link goes to:
      https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/rosa_install_access_delete_clusters/support/troubleshooting/rosa-troubleshooting-deployments.html#rosa-troubleshooting-cluster-deletion_rosa-troubleshooting-cluster-deployments

      Expected results:

      should link to:
      https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/support/troubleshooting/rosa-troubleshooting-deployments.html#rosa-troubleshooting-cluster-deletion_rosa-troubleshooting-cluster-deployments

      Additional info:

      The similar STS page https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/rosa_install_access_delete_clusters/rosa-sts-deleting-cluster.html
has same link at the bottom which does work.

I suspect it's because multiple pages reuse the module
      https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift/openshift-docs/main/modules/rosa-deleting-cluster.adoc
which uses a relative link with one level of ../, but needed number of levels depends on how deep is current page.
