Description of problem:
Documentation on https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/installing/disconnected_install/installing-mirroring-disconnected.html is wrong.
It has a command : "oc mirror init --registry example.com/mirror/oc-mirror-metadata > imageset-config.yaml" and expectation here is that this command should produce imageset-config.yaml file with ImageSetConfiguration details. It rather creates a file .oc-mirror.log and inside that ImageSetConfiguration are present
