Heavy build tests not found in openshift/conformance/parallel test suite for Libvirt OCP 4.11 in P & Z

      Description of problem:

      The heavy build job that was recently created to overcome the networking issues in P and Z doesn't seem to be applicable for OCP 4.11 libvirt. The openshift/conformance/parallel test suite doesnt contain the heavy build tests. Need to disable the heavy build job for 4.11 on P and Z
