      Description of problem:

      SNO running 4.10.36 with Intel 810 NIC port is slave mode , The PTP clock is timeout out or freezing in between

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      sno 4.10.36 and Intel firmware firmware-version: 3.00 0x80008943 20.5.13

      How reproducible:

      At will ( always)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Deploy sno 4.10.36 and apply policies to bring PTP operator
2.Apply cluster specific policy  to configure Intel 810 nic port in slave mode 
3. Master clock(GPS through switch) is  terminating directly on NIC port

      Actual results:

      PTP clock timeout frequently

      Expected results:

      PTP clock operator normal without any timeouts
